- No damages deposit, however an imprint of credit card is required.

- Minimum excess of R5000 in event of an accident.

- Mechanical damage caused by poor driving and not fair wear and tear for clients account, namely not adhering to terms and conditions.

- Confirms that what is listed is actually packed in the car.

- This form is signed off at the end to ensure that all equipment is returned.

- Records all scratched and dents if any that may exist.

- Confirms state of tyres ie, level of roadworthiness etc.
